At the beginning of July in the settlement Geroevskoe one plans to conduct the II Kerch sport festival «Kerchwind-2009». the measure will last the whole month. For this time organizers plan to conduct various competitions on the different types of sport, competitions and concerts.

As the co-ordinator of the festival Bogdan Zhornyak reported to «Kafa», at first the festival was conducted two years ago.

- There was a lot of good reviews, and we came to the conclusion, that it interesting public, - told B. Zhornyak. - A lot of different cultural measures is conducted in the Crimea. So we decided to create an alternative in Kerch. Distinguishing feature of our festival is taht it is directed on sport disciplines.

This year organizers plan to open the festival in the first week of July.

- Different sporting and musical measures will pass within the framework of festival. For a few days will be taken competitions on sporting disciplines, such as windsurfing, fights without rules, beach volley-ball, athletic games. And between them, not to tire public, will conduct different concerts and competitions, - Bogdan Ivan explained. – Also gathering of baykerov, competition of beauty and game of KVN will take a place within the framework of festival. School of windsurfing will work, it is possible it will be to take an equipment on a rental. The program promises to be very various and interesting.
